Our services for retailers
Furnipro’s highly experienced technicians will aim to repair all furniture for your customers’ onsite and on the first visit if the issue does not require replacement parts from suppliers. We will attempt to arrange an appointment within 5 working days of receipt of job.
We will arrange contact with your customer within 24 hours of issue raised to arrange a mutually convenient appointment and maintaining the relationship between retailer and customer at all times.
We also have a fully equipped upholstery workshop where we can uplift affected furniture for panel replacements and also if jobs are too big for household repairs. We are able to source and supply parts such as recliner motors and mechanisms if these cannot be sourced from your suppliers.
Our domestic services
Furnipro Technicians will carry out in-home repairs on your furniture to the highest industry standard. We will keep a safe and clean environment and updating you with the progress as we complete the repairs.
